This holster is designed to be worn between the 3:30 and 4:30 position and has all of the molding in the front making it smooth against the body. The Slim Xc is an improvement on the design with most of the leather molding on the outside for comfort. It's my favorite holster, although if I already had a VM2 it is not so much better that I'd toss the VM2 and buy a Slim Xc.
