The Holley engineers forgot to mention this in the instructions. A spring loaded PCV should always be replaced with a fixed orifice type PCV when swapping over to EFI. It just sits there and lets itself nearly die then remembers to open the IAC and stay running. Just does it over & over again. One interesting thing is, it'll do this even if it doesn't start to die. GM did not design a drain on the separator inside the air plenum. The owner has to remove the entire housing and turn it over.
